WINGS IN THE SNOW
Deer grazin' our brush
Give em grain - spoil their wild -
All a'sudden - so Bright -
Saw Wings through the Snow
An' the Eagle came down
All golden and huge Wings
Ablaze in the Settin' Sun
That I do believe that
I cried for the sight
Sweet Wings in the Snow
Of this Night this Night
Sweet Wings in this Snow
On this Night
Deer lifted their heads
Their ears heard the Wing Sound
An' Turkeys stood still in the Weeds
Eagles are Rare here - just as they
Are everywheres - hardly kin'
See em around
Ain't got no reason to
Think This was special - leastways
Not for me in my yard in this snow
But I do believe I will hear that Fine
Sound of those Wings
In all my Day's Dreams
Everywhere that I go
Sweet Wings in the Snow
Of this Night this Night
Sweet Wings in this Snow
On this Night
Sweet Wings in the Snow
Of this Night this Night
Sweet Wings in this Snow
On this Night

I actually started to "hear" a melody here, but even though I lost it, I really like these cadences.
